4.5 · 66 reviewsI am so thankful I found 4 Seasons Senior Living. I needed a place for my father and the Plano location was perfect. The staff is amazing, very kind and helpful. The location I have my dad in is very clean and quiet. It is so nice to visit him anytime and see how it is alway clean and quite. They are on top of his care like no other place I have seen, and my dad has been in 3 other facilities across the country.
The home in Carrollton has been completely refurbished so it’s a pleasant environment. Jazmin, the head trainer is very attentive and conscientious. She came to assess my brother and stayed with him throughout the morning, even feeding him lunch. Mike the owner, listened intently to my brother’s needs but unfortunately was not able to accommodate him with proper staffing. It was a mutual agreement that my brother would not be placed in the home because of low staffing and safety concerns.
