My dad wasn't approved for Encompass originally. We are fighting like hell to get him out of here (editing to clarify here means Accel). Should be transferring soon. Stat labs ordered on 8/2 - still no results. Finally asked state regulator on 8/6 to get involved - blood now being drawn again since results never came on blood draw #1. My dad wasn't given his medication on day 1, nurse refused care one night. My mom had to take over care. Unless you stay the night and watch over care like a hawk and unless you have no other option, don't come here. I'm hoping the complaints made this week by…

Unless you stay the night and watch over care like a hawk and unless you have no other option, don't come here. I'm hoping the complaints made this week by my family and others to state regulators will improve services for those who don't have family advocates. I am speaking about your facility in response to you reply. Accel received numerous citations on my dad and others. We are in mych better hands at Encompass. Your administrator and director of nursing never once came to speak to our family amongst all complaints of medical neglect. I have the letter from Health and Human Services acknowledging your citations. Citations are common place there, I learned. No one there except Hab director, Angela, and Director of finance, Anthony, have a shred of professionalism. Read my review more carefully! It was about your facility! Glad you responded so I could clarify.

Just wanted to give a shoutout to the Activity Director at Accel! Sheneka is the best! She always provides great activities and specifically treats my husband (and all the other residents) like they are family! She goes out of her way to help my husband in any way she can. My husband just loves her and I do too! In appreciation for her kindness my husband suggested we send her flowers so we did just that, although it just doesn’t seem like enough. Thank you, Sheneka for taking such care of all the residents and keeping them busy and happy at the facility and keeping them safe when they are on…

Excellent service helping with therapy to improve walking after hip operation. Everyone has been great and patient plus encouraging to help with my recovery. Therapist Angela, Pam, and Tracey have been helpful answering questions to help with paperwork plus my workout. Have had a successful recovery working with this team.

I cannot thank the incredible staff at accel enough for the exceptional care they gave to my mother. From the moment we admitted into their care/rehabilitation program, the team has been nothing short of compassionate and attentive. The CNA's/nurses go out of their way to ensure that she is comfortable, and the facility always feels clean and welcoming. We are especially grateful for the physical therapy team and the new management Team especially the Administrator Kameran, he is so kind and caring and i felt so comfortable talking with him, its not everyday that an administrator will come to introduce himself directly give us his card with his personal cell and encourage us to call him directly if we have and concerns which has made a world of difference. Highly recommended! i would give 10 stars if i could!!!

I had a very positive experience with Accel. The staff were professional, compassionate, and attentive to the needs of residents and families. From the nurses and therapists to the support staff, everyone treated residents with dignity and respect. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. Communication with the care team was clear and consistent, which gave me confidence that my loved one was receiving quality care. I especially appreciated the patience, kindness, and genuine concern shown by the staff during our time there. I would recommend Accel to anyone looking for a skilled nursing facility that provides both excellent care and a supportive environment

My 85 year old mom was here June 16 2026 and this wasn't a good experience upon my mom doing rehab the physical therapy lady was transferring here with a gait belt but had the buckle pressing against her ribs and created a bigger problem now my mom is in Baylor Scott and white they did the X-ray and this is what they found. Was 3 broken ribs when it happened I feel like they should of wrote up accident report.she did not.alao they were very rough with her this place is not for your loved ones days she didn't get food I had to go buy days her bed wasn't changed I had to do it they left her in her urine diaper for days .the only 1 ladies that was very good were Mickal O.and the wound nurse by the name La.....the regular Nurse by the name Nicole wasn't for sure how to change a stoma bag she was asking me questions like she was unsure but I got training in the hospital so I did it many of them go missing the call light was going off for an hour in a half nobody never came.these CNA need more training they are just there for a check .ppl are constantly asking them for help they ignore them and keep walking I'm so sad that Medicaid and Medicare pays for slum places like this. Please don't bring your love ones here.

First off there are 3 nurses who care, mainly Nicole. It took me a week and half to get my medications finally straightened out with doctor and nurses.i got tired of arguing with them and I told them this how it is gonna be. The doctors there do not follow your personal doctors orders. Then they to overdose me on my amlodipine my blood pressure pill which My physician prescribed only 1 in the morning, but they were trying to give me 1 in morning when ever decided to give to me and then 1 at night. You could push call button for hep and the aides came when they wanted when ever they stopped looking at their you tubes and playing on get togethers after work or weekends. I had a fractured femur . As far as physical therapy I was lucky if I got 30 minutes a day for 2 weeks, then they showed my husband to put gate belt on and walk with me on walker. Pretty crappy if you ask me. All license ever expired on the wall. I saw with my personal eyes. I stayed mainly in my wheelchair observing how the nurses and aides worked. Even the aides did the same watching their phones. As far as food they had me on diabetic diet and I Am not a diabetic!!!. I would not recommend this place to anyone for their love ones to stay. The food was awful!!! My insurance stopped paying on June 8 and since I got home I’ve gotten more physical therapy then what I got in this God forsaken place they call rehabilitation and nursing facility. I wouldn’t even send my dog to this place. Really no stars Anthony Fava did everything in his power to help me out every time I called him and Shelly Ruttiger did the same. Anthony was very helpful.

My mother in law is currently in this facility. Its absolutely disgusting how the staff treat the patients. The facility is not clean and staff obviously are only concerned when a family member or auditor is present. Each time my husband mentions the mistreatment expressed by his mother, administrative staff dismiss it. They dont feed her or medicate her on time, they dont change her regularly and they punish her when they are upset at her complaimts. Today his mother didn't make it to the restroom and was berated for the mess she made. When my husband arrived she told him so he closed up the door and waited - sure enough a day aid barged in with force and obvious discontent but very quickly changed her energy when she saw him setting there. Additionally, my husband has waited for them to clean the shower for almost a week. He's watched the same nasty rags and dirty towels set in the shower floor for just as long. And there's still feces in the groves of the shower chair, left uncleaned! This place needs a staffing overhaul, better oversight and increased state involvement. To the owner- I know you read comments - don't refer me to call someone else for solutions - Go Walk your facility, make unannounced visits, set up your own internal audit team, show up at night, set in difficult patients rooms and see how your staff treat your clients! Take action and correct the issues before you find yourself in a very difficult position.
