Camelia and staff have gone above and beyond to make sure dad is healthy, safe, and go the extra mile to prevent infections and bedsores. They make sure they keep dad out of his room as much as possible and even hire professional singalongs in the home, which dad loves to belt out along with them. The staff are always available, loving, and kind. We are so grateful they were able to work with our budget and give us the peace of mind when we can’t be there. My mother lived at this facility the last 2 years of her life. Moving her here was one of the best decisions I ever made. Camille, the owner, and her staff gave my mother a quality of life that I thought was not possible given all my mother's health issues. The memories I have of my mom smiling, laughing, and singing are priceless. Camille gave me moments with my mom I'll never forget. The care, the food, is the best I've ever witnessed. My mom has resided at Adair Assisted Living since the summer of 2019. The house is always clean and well-maintained. My mom has received excellent care while living there.
Our mom has been a resident for several years. The facility is impeccably maintained and the staff, cordial and capable. Each resident enjoys personalized care and support. The option to schedule appointments with doctors and nurses in house, alleviates stress for both residents and their families. Camelia hosts wonderful holiday and special occasion parties with an abundance of food and entertainment. One of Mom's favorite activities is spending time outdoors on the screened-in porch, where she delights in observing the birds.
Adair Assisted Living is a godsend to our family! Camelia (owner) and her staff treat all their residents like family - or better. They are incredibly professional and the place is immaculately clean. Camelia has very high standards and runs a tight ship. Because Camelia pays close attention to details - high quality home cooked meals, proper plates/utensils, tablecloths, decorations (that change constantly), and schedule (toileting, feeding, bathing, medications, naps, cares, weekly singer, etc) - Adair provides a feeling of “HOME.” There is a lot of love and security that the residents and family feel because they are attentive and anticipate needs. I am so impressed! My mom has severe dementia and needs a lot of help. My father and I struggled and at our last facility; my mom was declining quickly - she did not have spontaneous speech or movement or emotions. She cannot walk by herself or feed herself. Ever since being at Adair, my mom has improved! She now smiles and laughs. She claps when she is happy. She occasionally has spontaneous speech. We are over the moon. 🌕 🤩 Words cannot express the gratitude and appreciation we have to Camelia and her staff. We love them all dearly. Thank you, thank you. 🫶🏼🥰❤️
Adair Assisted Living is exactly what I wanted in a home for my mother. A home with 6-7 residents getting personal care and attention 24 hours/day. We got more than we could have hoped in this facility. The staff is excellent, the home immaculate, the food delicious and the environment loving. The staff and residents become like a family. They personalize the care plan, meals and attention to each resident and their needs. Camelia has a lot of experience caring for the elderly and makes excellent recommendations on how to make things better for my mother and provides me daily reports on how she is doing. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this home. It is a top notch facility that gives the family peace of mind knowing your loved one is well cared for.
We cannot be more pleased with the high, caring, loving level of care we are getting for our mom at Adair AL. The moment I walked into the house, I could feel the good vibes. From the home environment, home cooked meals, wonderful staff, and expert knowledge of seniors’ needs; it is truly a home away from home.
