Recently there was a plumbing problem at the facility. Something unforeseen and dramatic. While it was unpleasant to deal with having the water disconnected while repairs were made, I want to commend the staff. They went above and beyond to keep the residents hygienic and hydrated. They all came together to keep the spirits up. They really helped the residents. Their kindness was appreciated.

You can use your complimentary meal card is if you like a lunch in the cafe you may use it there. Overall I have really enjoyed my time here. One way you may earn complimentary meal tickets is wearing your name tag at all times! ENJOY!

there’s an elder woman and a chunky lady with brown hair, a little younger, who work at the desk. They are absolutely disgusting with their attitude!! I have been nothing but nice. I kept the very calm and Collective tone.. they are very impatient and very ugly. I can’t imagine leaving my grandparents here where there’s nothing but seniors were you need to have the upmost respect and patience for others. disgusting.

I really appreciate the excellent customer service from the staff. Great world class employees, always eager to assist and that is why I gave a five star review.

Very nice place I enjoyed my visit.

Asking for a friend....has anyone in elses loved one been without water for days at a times. Has happened twice now.

Thank you Ms. Rosa and Ms. Tiffany for being so accommodating during your very busy time. You were both so very gracious, and thank you for your kindness to my client. I can’t say enough about Ms. Nora and her super powers to multi task. Im convinced ahe was hiding a cape under her christmas sweater. Lavonne Hill, PCSI

Have not been impressed by things that break down on a constant basis. The food has also very much decreased in quality over the past two years!
