Afton Oaks Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center

Please don't bring anyone here,my grandmother was abused & mistreated here,my grandma passed away here because some nurse fault and caused my grandma not to breathe.my grandmother was a happy person,but every once in a while when I visit her,she would have bruises on her face,if you care about your loved one,I do not recommend this place!

Afton Oaks is truly an amazing community! Raymond has a big heart for every resident he refers to us and is so helpful in making sure they receive top quality care. It truly is a pleasure working with someone that has a passion for Senior care. The staff is truly amazing and I feel like I have come home when I walk through their doors. I highly recommend Afton Oaks!!

During my recent visits, I have observed that the staff consistently demonstrates exceptional customer service, characterized by compassion and a patient-centered approach.

I've heard alot of stories about Afton Oaks yet none of them held true once I visited this lively and well run facility. You can tell that the staff/nurses have passion for their residents and go the extra miles . The administrator and social worker were two of the most professional and caring Individuals in long term care. I highly recommend this facility for your loved ones!!!
