My sister and brother-in-law have been there over a year now and every time we go they seem to be doing well seem to be well taken care of and replace clean!
This facility is very clean and very professional as an assistant living center. It is one of the best I’ve seen. what it cost to live there I have no idea. I just went to go visit an old friend, but he was very happy and he is not an easy guy to please.
Location is always very clean and does not have that weird musty odor. My father is satisfied with services.
Very courteous & attentive staff the veterans nursing home is always very clean, the staff is caring and professional, and the food is very good. Everyone works hard to make sure the residents are comfortable and well taken care of. It is a welcoming place, and I appreciate the kindness and dedication shown by the staff everyday, Our veterans deserve the very best care.
Friendly staff, clean and decorative, beautiful outdoor area to enjoy the sunshine!
The staff was helpful and friendly. Our dear veteran friend was recently admitted and so this was our 1st time there. The process was easy.
My brother is a resident of Alfredo Gonzalez. He is always treated well. I see staff with a smile and a greeting every time I walk in.
I am very disappointed with the care and accountability at this facility. Items have gone missing from my dad’s room, which is extremely concerning. His TV was broken, and his remote also disappeared. It honestly made me feel like the remote may have been taken so we wouldn’t immediately notice that the TV no longer worked. In addition, the wheelchair he was admitted with is not the same one he currently has, even though we clearly marked it. On top of that, his Army uniform has gone missing — something that is completely irreplaceable and holds deep sentimental value. This situation is both heartbreaking and frustrating. Some of these items cost money to replace, but others, like his uniform, simply cannot be replaced at all. I expect better care, respect, and accountability for residents’ belongings
