5.0 · 6 reviewsThe cleanliness of Alpha & Omega cleanliness is just great. The staff members are so warm and caring and have always gone above and beyond. We can come and go as we please and anytime we do come to visit our loved one is always clean and well taken care of. They really provide consistent quality care. Based on our experience we would recommend this community to other families.
I am very pleased with the community. I feel my loved one gets more one-on-one attention due to the community being small. We get photos and videos sent to us and decorate the rooms with a personal touch including old photos of our family. I would recommend this community
It happened again, Mom was not being taken care of properly. Her Alzheimer's kept her form speaking for herself, but we knew. And we were miserable. I was given AlphaOmega's information, and I went for a visit expecting the same song and dance... I knew when I walked in the door that this was something special. But, having been misled by so many facilities I was skeptical. Mom had just left an assisted livin residence home and it wasn't good. She refused to bathe and slept all day. It happened again, Mom was not being taken care of properly. Her Alzheimer's kept her form speaking for herself, but we knew. And we were miserable. I was given AlphaOmega's information, and I went for a visit expecting the same song and dance... I knew when I walked in the door that this was something special. But, having been misled by so many facilities I was skeptical. Mom had just left an assisted livin residence home and it wasn't good. She refused to bathe and slept all day. We knew we did't want a traditional facility. [Names removed] patiently answered all questions and offered suggestions we hadn't even thought of! Well let me tell you, [names removed] had mom showering day one! She made friends with neighborhood kids on her daily outings. She no longer slept the day away. [Names removed] knew Mom so well that any hint of a change was noticed and dealt with. Her health improved noticeably. [Name removed] hosted family parties for the residents. Homemade meals and fun in Mom's world. This was much less stressful than taking her out with Alzheimer's. If you need a place for a family member in need of assisted living you MUST look here. Lovin, Christian care by two exceptional people who will welcome you into their home and treat your family member as their own. [name removed]

We're very pleased with how things turned out at Alpha & Omega Residential Care. It's a very nice looking clean facility, and I really like the comfortable atmosphere. It really does just feel like home, and not a care facility. And the level of care they provide here is above and beyond what we were expecting. It's just a very nice place overall.
I had my mother in 2 prior assisted living facilities before moving her here. This feels like home where she gets individual attention and care in a real home environment in a real neighborhood with children around. All her needs are meeting met here, including home health care and getting her hair done and religious activities. We are very pleased and the owners are an answer to our prayers, kind, loving and very attentive to all the residents.
We love it, it is beyond fabulous! My mom is thriving, we are really pleased. They are a thousand dollars less a month, than the place she was before, and with way better care. The food is excellent, even the juices are freshly made. They are able to have activities even without that many people. The owner and her husband live on site. They have a high standard, and a hands on approach. Being so close they are able to ensure things meet up to their standards.
