They routinely miss shower days, and the van driver pushed my grandmother out of her wheel chair while rushing to get her back from her Dr's appointment. I know for a fact she was in a hurry to get off because she had a date that night. If I was rich my Grandmother would not be here, but what choice do we have? And do not try and talk to the administrator, she is rude and unprofessional!

We played bingo and it was great

I have had multiple families stay here and always a good experience. I love the staff and the care and concern is always superior.

Arbor Grace is an asset to the Kilgore community. They have a very caring staff and the facilty is beautiful. Highly recommend for rehab as well as long term care.

The staff are great and very clean!!
