Nursing assistants and nurses are very friendly. My husband has been treated very good. Love that you have activities for them and celebrate holidays.

Mom went to Arbrook to recover from surgery and an extended hospital stay that left her too weak to come home. Arbrook staff were very caring and the whole place was full of positivity and helpfulness. The leadership was very supportive of patients, family and staff. Folks like Eric, the admissions director, Paulette, just one of the very attentive and kind nurses made me feel very confident and comfortable about my mom’s care. Mom got PT, OT and ST a couple of times a week and started walking to lunch and dinner which helped her recover even more and faster. All that said, nursing and rehab facilities have a very hard job and with so many ailments, injuries and conditions not everything is perfect to every patient’s liking. For example, mom shared a room with a stroke victim who was quite vocal as she struggled with terrible hallucinations. I brought mom headphones to watch TV in peace and earplugs for sleeping. Full disclosure, I went to see her most days for 6 hours a day. So I saw a lot and I think it was a very well run, responsible, attentive and happy place.

My mom was taken there after breaking her hip for rehab. They had no medication ready for her she was not checked on at all! I had to go the desk and throw a fit to get anyone to pay attention. I had to call 911 and have her taken back to the emergency room where she was immediately readmitted. This place is an absolute dump! Walls were separating from the ceiling blinds wouldn't close, furniture in the room was broken. Beds to close together. The staff saw it more important to sit in the halls and play on their phones than to tend to the patients. It was loud and sounded like a party late…

The staff saw it more important to sit in the halls and play on their phones than to tend to the patients. It was loud and sounded like a party late into the night. I did call and express my concerns to the admin who said that she would check into my concerns and call me back. That was 2 weeks ago! Also, having only once nurse on staff for 110 patients is absolutely irresponsible. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR LOVED ONES THERE! IF THEY ARE THERE FIND SOME WHERE BETTER FOR THEM. I BEG YOU.

My sister was in this facility and I definitely would NOT recommend it to anyone! She ended up staying there because of surgery after a fall and was completely bedridden. The room she was assigned to was dirty! I am sure it was cleaned occasionally but not often. I would stay in the room with her for at least 5 hours at every visit and no nurses/aids came in to check on her the entire time I was there except to bring her meals. She also acted like she was afraid to be there. She is now deceased and my heart is broken. Just wanted people to know if you have a loved one that goes into Hospice care at Arbrook, check on them often. The other people that left 1 as a rating on their reviews were all correct. I would give them a zero if I could. I do have to say that there were probably 2 aids/nurses that seemed kind, but most didn't act like they cared about any of the patients. I don't know who governs these facilities but they need to check them more often for the patients sake.

I arrived at Arbrook on 4/25/2026 and I was introduced to the staff that would be tajing care of me. Everyone has been extremely nice. All questions have been answered, communication has been great. I have enjoyed my stay. Everyone has been kind to me including the patients. Therapy has been very good and helping me get stronger. Nursing team explains everything nicely. It has been FANTASTIC.

She was sent to ER after being there for 2 wks. She had dehydration/kidney failure/ low oxygen and she hadn't been checked in 4 hrs. Also the case manager was sooo into helping and was even saying if we took her home too early they would call Adult protective services but the second she went to ER she ignored my brother and spent 2 seconds letting him know she is gone so she is done. And floors were sticky. SO Not happy!

To: Arbrook Plaza Staff, Management and Ownership From: Rodger and Norma St John (Current Residents) We were asked to submit a personal statement regarding our experience at Arbrook and this note summarizes our response. We have been in residence just short of a year and are most happy to report as follows: 1. Accommodations - absolutely excellent. The correct room size and space appropriate for seniors who require complete simplicity. 2. Medical - personal daily attendance and prescriptions always on time with strict adherence to cleanliness. 3. Housekeeping - complete daily accountability. 4. Activities - generally very good although we are quite reserved in such matters. 5. Physical Therapy - very limited involvement thus far but appears quite good. 6. Staff Interaction - superior in all respects. The individual care (dressing, showers, wheelchair conveyance, eating assistance, etc.) ALLWAYS delivered with the utmost of LOVE. The keyword here is LOVE and for thar we are so very grateful. Thank you. Rodger and Norma St John

"Our family had such a positive experience with Arbrook Plaza. My dad was there for physical therapy, and we were so impressed with the care he received. The physical therapy team is truly top-notch. They were incredibly encouraging and worked with him every single day. We felt like they genuinely cared about his recovery, and the results speak for themselves. The nurses were attentive, and everyone seemed to be on the same page with his care plan. The facility itself was clean, and my dad even commented on how good the food was. We are so happy with the progress he made, and we would absolutely recommend Arbrook Plaza for anyone needing rehab."
