Very friendly staff and clean

The physical therapy is amazing! Fantastic therapist! Completely stellar!! Now the facility, nurses and techs? Shockingly vile and atrocious!! They purposely make make life harder for the residents. Putting food, drinks and their call buttons deliberately out of reach. They left me in a soiled brief/diaper over 3 hours!! The attitudes of the visually and verbally that they do not care, and almost daily you could hear them in the hallways bad mouthing the patients. I literally cried every day I was there!! A total nightmare (this is not my email. I am using my niece's) Sara Willis

Very disappointed with the decline in care over the last year. Not enough staff to care for residents like they should be. They may be understaffed, but they used to at least be attentive to residents and kept them clean and cared for.

I have been there before and they had a good service.

No one answers phone or door. The odor of urine and ammonia is faint at the entrance and worsens as you go further inside. I have this place named as the peepee place.

PT and OT excellent.Patient care terrible.Had curtain in room with blood on it when I arrived.Took 4 days to get new curtain.

My mom spent her last few weeks of her life at this facility. The caregivers done their best to make my mother comfortable and gave her the best care. Bunmi Obeckley and Gemma Tolabing displayed 5 star nursing skills, Kudos to them for doing justice to their profession.

This location is old and very poorly cared for. Busted tiles, outlets that do not work. Moldy bathrooms. Sticky floors in patient restroom, (This comes from sugar in the urine, my dad is not diabetic) "Sliding" glass doors that can not be opened. Water stains ceilings. Heat and a/c controlled elsewhere. Either freezing or roasting. Meals are full of carbs and served room temperature at best often cold and mushy. Mystery meat or grilled cheese sandwiches for dinner. Watered down tea and coffee to drink. I've never seen water presented! Staff hiding in unoccupied rooms on their phones for hours. Skeleton staff on weekends. My dad seems to either not getting his meds on weekends or they are over dosing him to make him sleep the whole time. I never see him so lethargic during the week. Clothes and property stolen regularly! Jackets gone! Pants, shirts, socks personal sheets, blankets, personal pillows, facial tissue, yes facial tissue (!) all with his name on them, GONE! Who steals from these patients in memory care!!! Photos don't lie Do not put your loved ones here.
