I have a client who lives here ..... I think our biggest complaint is the kitchen the dishes are dirty there's bugs in the food and the food is cold when you complain to the director or management about it all they can say is we'll talk to the kitchen staff or we're getting it fixed I've been there over four and a half months with my client and it's still been the same thing I would advise anyone who goes there to definitely check out the dining area and ask to see what the kitchen looks like because knowing that you're drinking after someone else is completely disgusting I clean my clients…

This place is truly wonderful! We moved my mother here a few months ago, and she has never been happier. The décor is modern, fresh, and welcoming. According to my mom, the food is delicious, and every staff member we’ve met has been incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. Doug, the manager, deserves special recognition. He is one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet and genuinely cares about making this a wonderful place for residents to call home. His compassion and dedication are evident in everything he does. I’m so grateful we found this community. Knowing my mom is happy, well cared…

The facility is very clean and smells nice. The food/ kitchen needs help. The food is consistently served cold, even after complaints. On the 1st day of Hanukkah they served pork. Clearly no awareness or respect for the many Jewish residents. Many of the residents are diabetic and have no options other than to receive carbohydrate heavy meals…
Very nice, clean facility and friendly staff!
Everyone who works here is very nice, friendly, and helpful. The bus is hard to get on because the first step is so high and the hydraulic lift is broken. But, the cost of living here is much better than most places. It has recently been renovated and looks very nice. I also like that it is only two stories high and does not look like a regular facility for senior living. It had lots of talk trees and when the leaves come back in Spring, I love to sit out on my balcony and take care of my plants and hope for a hummingbird or two to come to my feeder.
What we like the most about Asher Point is that it is clean, nice friendly atmosphere, opportunities for socializing with activities and dining experience , helpful staff, and transportation if needed.
My little dog barks when I go to dinner. Trying to figure out a solution for that. But people are very nice, food is good and I like my little yard for the dog. People are so nice, I love my physical therapist and my helper [name removed].
From the moment we walked in it felt like home. It isn't a fancy place, but it is a very nice place. The staff is wonderful. My brother, who lives there, enjoys the food and is making new friends. He has joined two of the activity groups and feels very good about his move there. The rent is affordable, the amenities are good...housekeeping, hair salon, three meals a day, laundry service is available or one can do his own laundry. There are on site concerts and parties. The grounds are full of old live oak trees. In short my brother and all his siblings are happy this home was one of the recommended ones from A Place for Mom.
