Horrible customer service, treat residents bad , don’t change them leave poop and urine ok then all day , throws food and be very ruff with them
We recently toured Solace Glen at Cypresswood while looking for a place for my mother-in-law. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. We recently toured Solace Glen at Cypresswood while looking for a place for my mother-in-law. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. It felt like they were willing to walk alongside us through the entire process—not just as a facility, but as a support system. The community itself felt warm, inviting, and well cared for. You can tell they take pride in creating an environment where residents are treated with dignity and compassion. Overall, we left feeling reassured and at ease, which means so much during a time like this. We’re very grateful for the kindness and attention we received and would absolutely recommend taking a tour if you’re considering options for a loved one

Solace Glen at Cypresswood is an amazing community. They clearly care about their residents and always prioritize their best interests.
10/10 !!! I can honestly say this community stands out. It’s always clean, peaceful, and feels like home the moment you walk in. The staff goes above and beyond! They’re not just doing a job, they truly care about the residents and it shows in everything they do. If you’re looking for a place where your loved one will be treated with respect, kindness, and genuine attention, this is it. On top of that, the pricing is very reasonable for the level of care and service you receive. I would highly recommend this community to anyone.
This is the best memory care in the area. If you are looking for your loved one, schedule a tour with them. Great activities as well.
