Something that I enjoyed. We gardened and cooked. I was allowed to help plan parties. There are monthly parties. The residents always had a GREAT time at the parties. We had lots of food! Good music and all family members were invited. Most family members participated. I have even gone as far as to tell my son, if I need to live in an assisted living facility, Autumn Grove is where I would like to be. GREAT place! My mom…

My mom lived at Autumn Grove for 5 years. She liked being there. The staff was always AWESOME. I liked the facility as well. I was allowed to assist with activities as well. Something that I enjoyed. We gardened and cooked. I was allowed to help plan parties. There are monthly parties. The residents always had a GREAT time at the parties. We had lots of food! Good music and all family members were invited. Most family members participated. I have even gone as far as to tell my son, if I need to live in an assisted living facility, Autumn Grove is where I would like to be. GREAT place! My mom could not have been in a better place!
Staff turnover is high. Director Pat is lazy per her CNA’s one of which is dating her son. My mother ended up with several bedsores. STAY AWAY from this facility.
My mother-in-law died at Autumn Grove in San Antonio on October 6, 2016. Since that time we have inquired as to a refund for the remaining balance for October. We are given names, sent emails promising payment that never materialize. I asked for the number/address of the business office/headquarters for Autumn Grove. I was actually told by the head of the Sone Oak facility that she does not a number to contact headquarters or the business office. We contacted Abigail and she denied ever saying the check had been processed and claimed to never have talked with us. Beware!!! They have your…
