Very dirty inside my mother restroom is awful, she had a roommate she got pneumonia moved her to a different room, noone ever called me and told me.
Avir at Boerne has the most Compassionate staff who truly care about their residents. There have been many positive changes with the new ownership! This place takes great care of their residents.

New ownership is doing great things at this facility! The new Administrator is the kindest soul and truly strives to ensure her residents have the highest level of care and are treated with empathy and compassion. I definitely recommend this facility!!
Avir @ Boerne has the most compassionate and caring staff! The residents are happy living in a homelike environment with staff that truly care. The therapy team is amazing as well. #5Star
The staff are very accommodating. And the facility is very clean. New renovations are on the way I hear.
My grandma has been a patient at Riverview for almost 2 years and she has been happy with the care she has received here. The facility is old, but well maintained and the staff has always been caring towards her. She loves the staff here and has never had a compliment about her treatment. The staff is friendly and approachable and has helped me through every step of her transition here.
