3.6 · 21 reviewsMy Sister was in this facility AVIR at GulfCrest on Bellfort 09/12/2026 Coded in her room after being left unattended to for hours the staff didn’t even know if had it not been for her roommate telling them that she was laying there with her eyes looking up at the ceiling foaming from her mouth the facility called 911 and she was rushed to the hospital where she later died !!! WALE ADENIRUJU, DON of the facility was very Unprofessional, Inconsiderate and Disrespectful after we went up their inquiring about what happened he never Expressed any Condolences and had every excuse for his staffs…

Love this place. Excellent clinical management team and great coustomer service. Adminstrator and the director of nurses are very helpful in assisting with all needs to make my grandma's stay comfortable. Highly recommend this place!
Management is horrible. I was called for an interview for a position. The day I got there, nobody knew who I was or had any knowledge of my interview. I was then told the position was filled and asked if I wanted to apply for a different position working the floor. Very unprofessional! They wasted my time and gas.

The Human Resources Manager needs to be trained on human relation, she lacks it.
Ok so far! I wish they had a way to make your loved ones room and board payments through website. If you call and need to speak to certain someone in regards to a patient and information they need to hear it's difficult. I sent an email and have not received a response as of yet.
Horrible service!!!!They act like they own ur parents!!!They don't answer the calls n try not let u get ur own parents out there facilities!!🤬🤬🤬🤬
When my family member went to the hospital via ems from there, they called me to ask which hospital he was sent to.
