Understaffed, not a nice place.
The entire facility smells like urine, and my grandmother was definitely neglected in her time there. The staff was not upfront or honest, and Im astounded at the amount of inappropriate medication given to my grandmother.

I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy. The staff are lazy inconsiderate and very rude. The place is filthy also. Please if you are considering this place for a loved one, I'd keep looking. We transported my Mom home today she is dying not one staff member said a word to us as she was being taken to the ambulance. Not even the administrator.
My mom is at The Lock Down Unit at one time it was a Good place to be I am not happy at all with place
It's a nice place everything is always clean the staff is always nice and friendly I have a love one living there anytime something happens they will call me I live in Dallas keep up the good work.
