Resident & family reviews
4.0 · 133 reviewsDear Avir and Ms. Paula. I am writing to express my appreciation for you and your staff. You are all truly amazing. Paula, as the administrator running the facility, I have seen firsthand everything you do for your residents. The events you organize bring smiles to their faces, and I know that these efforts bring a sense of joy and happiness that the residents will remember for a lifetime. I wish there were more people like you in the world; nursing facilities would be wonderful places to live if they were all run this way. Best regards, Gustavo Villarreal
Paola Silva, the Administrator was so very helpful, professional and kind.
I want to express my deepest appreciation and gratitude for the exceptional care and dedication Ms. Paula Silva and her team demonstrate on daily bases. While this nursing staff is kind and do their best they are greatly understaffed. Administration doesn't care that there's only one nursing assistant for the whole place and Patients are hollering and begging for help throughout the shifts.. if you care about your family member do not put them here. Too many patients and not enough nursing staff
Good doctor, good rehab, and good service.
Waiting outside in the cold because there's no front staff at the desk.
My experience was wonderful it dosent smell bad and everyone is nice and I feel that they have very attentive with my niece.
Poor care giving for the seniors there in their facility, my mother was housed there in February of 2025 in good health with the diagnosis of having Parkinson's disease but with no complications and by the 27th of March was in very bad condition, had not been given her medicine for her high blood pressure and was told she had to wait, not only tht but refused to change her adult diaper hers or her roommates and was left soiled for hours at a time. Never had enough staff members to care for the patients housed there in their facility one time they took my mom to use the restroom mind you my mother is on the heavy set side and her motor skills were no good so 1 nurse proceeds to take to use the restroom and when my mother was finish stood up with the nurses help and fell forward slamming her face against the hard wooden door and fell hard to her knees. That wouldn't have happened if there were two of them like there's supposed to be helping my mother. After started having seizures unexpectedly and still denied medication.beyond livid at this point we decided to take her home on the 29th of March got her home tht day and by the 30th of March the next morning passed away I really feel tht it was the facilities fault tht she passed away so sudden after being there in their care in their facility. So if you or anyone you know has a loved one that is looking to enroll their loved one here in this facility I would suggest you DNT and look else where. All these reviews stating tht the facility is nice and perfect they are lying thru their teeth
