Avista Home did a great job. We were happy with our choice. The care was good. Hannah was excellent. She runs two houses, and she has a few people that she puts in each house. She's the main one who makes everything happen and does some personal care herself. They have up to four people in there, but there were only two at the time when my mom was there. The place mom got has a nice window that opens to a small pond. It's a lot better doing a care home like that than these big facilities. It costs a lot less, and it's more personal care.

Very kind. Seem to really care about the patients. I would recommend to others.

Great Facility for Hospice Care. Most patients are bed ridden so not many activities right now. I feel sure they would accommodate any request for activities. Home is very, staff is very kind, meals are great for the patients ability.

The people at Avisita Home has helped make it a good experience and we would recommend this Home to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

It has a good one. All the staff have pleasant and very helpful. [name removed] has been well taken care of.

My family and loved one have had a good experience with the community. The staff are caring, kind, and knowledgeable. We feel comfortable having our loved one in the community. Overall, this is a community that we believe you should tour to see if it would be a good community for yourself.

I discovered that my mother was not being cared for and one of the staff contacted me regarding that and other issues she had witnessed. The quality of care and attention needs improvements, we removed our loved one on [date removed] because of that.

What i liked about it is was it was smaller community that could offer more personalized care. The caregivers were nice, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care for the residents. We chose this community because of the size, the location, and it was more in our budget. The food was okay and they offered some variety . I would recommend this community.
