Bear Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

This facility failed to provide the level of care he deserved. His concerns were not properly addressed, which raises serious questions about patient safety and dignity. We are relieved we got him out.

I gave Bear Creek Nursing and Rehab one star because you have to in order to post a review. Once here's the truth about this facility. Wound care is practically non existent, you're lucky if you see the wound care Doctor once a week, on Wednesday of Thursday if he has any time because he works at multable facilities a day . The on staff would nurs during the week days is only there to collect her hrs and pay checks only , she could care less if you are seen by her or not before her shift ends . This is the first floor for Therapy and they collect payments from private insurance and Medicare…

I had the privilege of visiting the staff and residence at Bear Creek Rehab Center a few weeks ago with Blesson. I wanted to express my gratitude to Mila Rodriguez for her exceptional organizational skills in organizing the gathering. The staff here is incredibly caring, and the residents genuinely enjoy their time here. We had a meaningful discussion about Psalm 23, which reads, “You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over.” (Psalm 23:5, NKJV).
