My great aunt was there for 2 weeks. Here’s my honest review. It is our responsibility as loving, caring family members to visit our loved ones in these facilities as much as possible. Most of them/us don’t have the financial situation to make sure they are experiencing a more luxurious stay. The staff at Belterra did what they were paid to do. Some did better than others, that’s life. It is a basic facility to help your loved ones get the help they need to move on to the next step of their recovery. The staff is very busy. So at night time/middle of the night, your loved one may not get the…

My great aunt was there for 2 weeks. Here’s my honest review. It is our responsibility as loving, caring family members to visit our loved ones in these facilities as much as possible. Most of them/us don’t have the financial situation to make sure they are experiencing a more luxurious stay. The staff at Belterra did what they were paid to do. Some did better than others, that’s life. It is a basic facility to help your loved ones get the help they need to move on to the next step of their recovery. The staff is very busy. So at night time/middle of the night, your loved one may not get the immediate help that they need to get to the toilet. At the end of the day, I don’t have any real complaints. Tip: Make sure you/loved one asks the name of every staff member who enters their room. And remember you have to do your part to make sure your family is safe here or anywhere else. I do want to give a shoutout to Jennifer! Thank you!
The facility has a lot of specialists to provide the most effective care for patients. The therapist are amazing and there is multiple options for the best possible outcome for patients. 16 therapist who work together for the maximum benefit of each patient.

The facility has excellent therapy, compassionate nurses and staff members, it’s welcoming and clean, also has engaging activities for all. The facility staff members are committed and focus on patient care for the residents well-being and the quality of care provided with the dedication to resident comfort. The rehabilitative care and compassionate nursing dedication makes this facility a great place for seniors needing short or long-term care.
Belterra is a great facility for patient to have Therapy and Rehab so that they go home successfully. The staff are very nice and compassionate.
