The absolute worst place I have ever seen and I am now living in one that has the worst management and they bully the residents and also they are never here unless the state’s bureaucracies that govern over these places come in to visit when someone has complained. I have been treated like crap because of them not doing their jobs. Mostly management!!! I praise the Lord for getting me out of here because I have serious health issues and they say that I am doing great. The corporate needs to clean house and hire competent management and start over again. They are trying to make this happen…

Little white girl red hair opening the door is rude as heck!!! I was there for 30 seconds and I rang the bell once and she came out “WE SEE YOU” okay I didn’t even press the doorbell again, I literally see yall everyday. Careful who your rude to sister everyone else there is so sweet but she’s got anger issues…I couldn’t imagine how she treats the residents if that’s how she treats the postal service….

Staff was very nice and helpful with patient placement and also the family was pleased how the rooms were very clean.
I gave 2 stars only because of Mrs Christin and Mrs Ty the intern DON they are helpful and very respectful and they make sure their employees are comfortable and they are understanding I love both of them and just met them it’s the way they care for their workers and residents these 2 rock
How does a bed bound person have two broken legs?! Why was it not reported? Why wasn’t a report made? 911 called? Why wasn’t the family called before she received a new hospice worker??? Nothing for pain!!! Due to unfortunate circumstances her child was out of state and knew nothing! DO NOT PUT YOUR FAMILY MEMBER HERE!
I've noticed several staff members outside. Are they supposed to outside watching benbrook residents or residents at the treatment center? I noticed one person outside dressed in dark clothing. It made me very uncomfortable.🫤
I’m not sure how this facility is rated three stars. It always smells like urine. It’s very dusty on the ceilings and walls; the patients beds are never made nor changed regularly; laundry mixes up their clothes and other patients are wearing someone else’s clothes, underwear, etc. Personal belongings have been removed and returned when questioned. My uncle’s tv fell off the wall about 2 mos ago and still not replaced. At a few visits, I have cleaned my uncle’s bathroom. This evening, the patients were served a salad, beans and a piece of cornbread with water tea. This is unacceptable. These patients are human and not prisoners, plus pay to live there. I understand when my Uncle tells us that he didn’t eat. They should be receiving balanced meals. Also, there clothing should be returned correctly.
