Beware of this care center do not put your loved ones there I'm telling you you will regret it. they have all the excuses in the world and very little results, some of the most crappiest care your loved ones will not get the care They need and They are some of the most rudest people I promise you don't do it.
I am writing this review to warn other families, because trusting this nursing home with my mother was something I deeply regret. My mother required a great deal of hands-on care, and she simply did not receive the care she needed. Watching someone you love be neglected when they are completely dependent on others is heartbreaking. Staff were often unprofessional and dismissive, and when we raised concerns, they were not taken seriously. There was a painful lack of communication with our family—we were left in the dark, questions went unanswered, and important information was not shared with…
I am writing this review to warn other families, because trusting this nursing home with my mother was something I deeply regret. My mother required a great deal of hands-on care, and she simply did not receive the care she needed. Watching someone you love be neglected when they are completely dependent on others is heartbreaking. Staff were often unprofessional and dismissive, and when we raised concerns, they were not taken seriously. There was a painful lack of communication with our family—we were left in the dark, questions went unanswered, and important information was not shared with us. It felt like we constantly had to fight just to get basic care and attention for my mother. What we experienced went beyond occasional mistakes. The care was inadequate, and the repeated issues felt like neglect. If your loved one requires a lot of help, close monitoring, or compassionate, attentive care, please do not trust this facility. Families place their loved ones in nursing homes expecting dignity, safety, and transparency, and that trust was not honored here. I strongly urge others to consider different options.
I love love this center, Christy Brownfield is so awesome, as well as the administration. They go above and beyond to make our environment so homely.
The facility is very nice and clean and also smells really good. The staff is very friendly.
They are always doing great things for their staff:)
We came to Big Springs to visit a relative. What a pleasant surprise! The place was clean and nice with friendly people. I had a few questions that I wanted to ask and was greeted by Christopher the Administrator. Wow! What a genuinely nice guy. Answered all my questions and gave us a tour of the facility. Everyone was helpful and friendly which I attributed to how nice and friendly Christopher was. Birds of a Feather…. Our relative finished his rehab and is doing better at home now. I would hope that ALL Nursing Facilities could follow Big Springs example. Totally changed what I thought I was headed into for a one time visit- we came back to visit several more times. Thumbs 👍 up Christopher! Sincere thanks, Chris Wallace.
Christopher Zuniga made me feel like we are family. It was an all around good experience.
