3.4 · 54 reviewsMy mom has been there for over 4 years. In the past, there were things that needed improvement. But, honestly, it would be hard to find perfect round the clock care anywhere. As of today, her care is pretty good. They have hired new RNs and hard working CNAs to take care of mom. The current administrator, is on top of things. Any issues brought to her attention have been taken care of. I know they got a bad wrap recently, but please understand, there are two sides of the story. The news only wants to show one side. I have 3 ring cameras in my mother's room & 1 in her bathroom. I stay on top…

My mom has been there for over 4 years. In the past, there were things that needed improvement. But, honestly, it would be hard to find perfect round the clock care anywhere. As of today, her care is pretty good. They have hired new RNs and hard working CNAs to take care of mom. The current administrator, is on top of things. Any issues brought to her attention have been taken care of. I know they got a bad wrap recently, but please understand, there are two sides of the story. The news only wants to show one side. I have 3 ring cameras in my mother's room & 1 in her bathroom. I stay on top of things to make sure she is doing well. She is safe, clean, has friends and enjoys daily activities. If that should change, I will update this rating.
When you have old staff members stepping up, and publicly broadcasting how poor this facility is, and the rumors of the horrible care are true… this place needs to be SHUT DOWN!!!!
Does anyone there ever answer the phone.

It's a shame you can't call up there and speak with a nurse named Emily, and simply ask a question about when your poor mom will be fed. She had such and attitude and was condescending to me that I did raise my voice to tell her, I would not be talked to that way, and then she hung up!
Terrible my grandmother wasn’t there a good 24hr no toilet paper in her bathroom no towels …. No one came to help her an she slipped and fell took them forever to get in her room to help get her up then left her in the wheelchair for another 3 hours … and then last night 1/27/26 she needed help getting to the bathroom she had to sit in it for over 4 hrs as me an family members constantly called an they kept sayin someone was coming an never showed up until shift change very sad an disgraceful nurses had a attitude when telling them about the situation this makes no sense at all

Beautiful facility. Wonderful staff. Food was great.
