I had a very good experience with Bonne Vie. All the medical staff and all of the workers were so very professional and I would certainly tell anyone who is having to make this decision for themselves or for a loved one , that this is a very good choice. It is a good place to be.physical Therapy is spot on as well.!!!!
Our family cannot say enough wonderful things about this facility and the incredible care they provided to my wife's grandfather during his stay. From the moment he arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure not only his needs were met, but that our entire family felt supported and informed throughout the process. What stood out most was the genuine compassion and respect shown to him every single day. He was always treated with dignity, kindness, and patience, which gave us tremendous peace of mind knowing he was in such capable hands. It was clear that the staff truly cared about…
Our family cannot say enough wonderful things about this facility and the incredible care they provided to my wife's grandfather during his stay. It was clear that the staff truly cared about his well-being and viewed him as more than just a patient. The level of attention he received was exceptional. The team stayed on top of his medications, closely monitored his blood sugar, ensured he participated in physical therapy, and even encouraged him to attend daily activities to keep him engaged and active. Their dedication to every aspect of his care made a significant difference in his overall experience and recovery. We were especially impressed that even the Executive Director took the time to personally stop by and check on him. That level of leadership involvement speaks volumes about the culture of care and commitment within the facility. We are incredibly grateful for the professionalism, compassion, and outstanding care that was provided. If you're looking for a place where your loved one will be treated with respect, dignity, and genuine concern, we highly recommend this facility. Thank you to the entire team for making such a positive impact on our family's life.
From the director down to the support staff everyone is so helpful and kind. They really do care about you and your loved ones providing the best in services and care one could ask for.
Horrible service! Do not treat patients with respect. They don't get them in and out the bed as needed. I do not recommend this facility to care for your love ones.
They diagnosed my brother-in-law with the wrong diagnosed they wanted to amputate his leg he had a blood infection they didn't check for that thank God my niece transported him to Houston in the ambulance which they paid for thank God he's doing better sitting up eating and he don't have to get his leg amputated if you have any loved ones in the nursing home please check on you loved ones and always get a second third opinion they had him for dead thank God he still alive and hanging in there
I wouldn't put my dying dog there much less a loved one. A one star rating is still too high!!! Staff lazy and you have to stay on their butt just to get less than minimal care ! It has to be the absolute worst place in the area!!!
Worst place ever! Left my grandmother in dirty diapers for hours at a time! Cant get there employees on the same page! She suppose to be there for therapy didn’t do that 90% of the time! I will never recommend this place ever!
We have had a very good experience at Bonne Vie, all of the staff has been amazing!
