They did a good job of taking care of my mother and the rehab help her , they also made sure to check her blood work and everything... thank you very much Bayou manor
My immobile husband was here for 2 months and it was the best of the three nursing homes/skilled nursing facilities that we had been to in the Houston area.in the last 8 monhts. The food was excellent, facility super clean, Rehab therapists excellent and overall care good. We did have some challenges with my husband's demanding care at first but overtime we worked it our with the caring Director of Nursing Annie and amazing new Executive Director Michael. There were so many positives at Brazo Towers that I recommend it. The care of a stroke patient such as my husband is very difficult and…
My immobile husband was here for 2 months and it was the best of the three nursing homes/skilled nursing facilities that we had been to in the Houston area.in the last 8 monhts. We did have some challenges with my husband's demanding care at first but overtime we worked it our with the caring Director of Nursing Annie and amazing new Executive Director Michael. There were so many positives at Brazo Towers that I recommend it. The care of a stroke patient such as my husband is very difficult and necessitates a very active family advocate all the time. We were very disappointed in the lack of patient activities. Although a vigorous monthly calendar was posted very little activities occurred during my husband's stay. When we were leaving we saw indication regarding possible improvement in that area as well.
Fantastic Place fantastic Staff
Nice Community.
Great place.
My mother called for service on her air conditioner. Rashid showed up in a timely manor and took care of the issue with a smile and a kind word for her. Thank you for being so considerate!
My dad was here and it seemed nice but sometimes it was a waiting game to get a response from Administration and some of the CNAs look so mean and like they don't want to be there. Physical therapy was awesome with my dad. I know my dad can BE a handful sometimes but when you pick a profession and get a job you should know what you signed up for and at no time should you be rude to the patient. Overall tho it was okay but I doubt I would pick this facility again.
So pleased to have Angel, a skilled repairman, take care of our maintenance needs in a polite, patient and understanding way. He even asked for our preferences in cleaning agents before using them since we might have sensitives.
