The atmosphere was nice, it looked like a hotel to me. They were very friendly. All of them. I don't know of any disappointments that he had with the nurses. It was very clean! They told me what was going on. He was unhappy and had complaints. The aides were slow to respond to anything. I had to ask a couple of times for someone to help him.
I'm very pleased with the facility and the staff. There have only been two or three minor issues and I've made sure to discuss that with the staff. I'm very pleased with the staff. They could be better about making sure that clean linens and bed pads are always available because sometimes they are not. They are very receptive and return my friendliness. When I make requests the nurses act on them quickly. I'm very pleased with the facility. The food has been okay. We haven't received any information on different meal options. Communication is very good.

I find it hard to believe that on weekends that there isn't enough staff to keep your patients changed to were they have to lay in dirty diapers for over an hour
The therapists are doing a good job there. They call and gave me updates on my loved one. Everyone is really friendly. It even smells good when you walk in the building.
The communication is very good and I would recommend this place to anyone! The therapy and the staff are just super.
My mother loves the nurses! Everyone has been so friendly! She is a picky eater but the meals are okay. I have not asked about the care so far. I am sure if I needed to ask they would be there but the situation has not occurred yet.
The nurses are good. One has been especially helpful throughout my loved one's stay. They are such a super-duper sweet staff! They are so nice and helpful. It could use a little more sweeping and mopping.
