I toured Brighter Days Assisted Living. They were very nice and helpful and just showed me around. They have a little outdoor patio out back where they do a little grilling. They have a big kitchen, and they all have separate bedrooms. It's like a big house. The bedrooms and bathrooms are private. The dining area is big. They have a big table, and everybody sits around the table. You can come there with your family and cook out on the back. They do games, card games, and bingo. They have a little puzzles and stuff you put together. They'll take you out for walks. They have a big walk-in area.…

That's pretty nice and cozy. It's a little expensive for me, though.

We are the owners and operators of Brighter Days and want to address the negative reviews that were recently posted. We believe these reviews are for another facility that we are unaffiliated with. To our knowledge none of the one star reviews are from current or previous residents, family members or employees. We have requested that these fictitious reviews be removed. Brighter Days is small, family oriented facility that provides a homelike atmosphere for our residents at affordable prices. Our primary focus is the health, safety and enrichment of our residents. Our facility is staffed 24/7 with a caring, dedicated, well-trained and responsible team that prioritize the needs of our residents and their families. We are licensed and inspected by Texas Health & Human Services and make every effort to ensure our facility is run above and beyond their standards. If you are looking for an assisted living facility in the greater NE Houston area, we encourage you to give us a ring or stop by for a tour. Our doors are always open and we are proud to care for our residents and serve the community.

No sure why Dayton Nursing and rehabilitation is getting reviews on our page. we are two different company's.

Omg!!! Horrible place!!! They make patients in wheelchairs change their bedsheets (if they have any to begin with) and drag a big bag of linens while in the wheelchair to the garage and stand there and watch and fire ppl who expose the abuse!!!! Talk to your family members if they are in here!!!

Abusing elderly people is not okay!

They make their wheelchair bound patients take their own soiled linen to the laundry room!!!! This is not help this is just being lazy, and the lack of empathy speaks for itself.

These folks are absolutely amazing and a God send! Thank for showing such Love, Concern and Care to my step son for his stay at your facility! Without a doubt this is the best place for your love one. They get the "Blue Ribbon" in every category!!! Thanks - Charlie & Flo

So far,a wonderful place for your loved ones to stay!
