Brookdale Midland is a very welcoming community. The staff and residents make sure to welcome anyone that comes in with a smile and a very caring connection. This community is truly very special and supportive. The staff care very much for the residents and make it their mission to make sure everyone is comfortable, happy and thriving with the environment!
I was at Brookdale for 5 months. Staff was very professional. But, I they charged for things I didn't use and didn't give me the Medicine one of my sisters sent me. It was an over the counter medicine. The turn over is unbelievable. 8 staff members were either let go or quit. I do have to say that the food and the staff that takes care of the residents are nice.

From the start, the staff showed incredible kindness and understanding, helping us navigate the difficult process of determining our loved one’s needs. Their care is exceptional, and they treat residents with genuine warmth, respect, and compassion. They not only support those in their care but also the families, offering reassurance and guidance every step of the way. We’re so grateful for the peace of mind Brookdale has given us.
He likes the staff they are very nice and considerate of his needs. He tells me the food is always delicious The shuttle y'all provide is a blessing for him and the social activities is great for the him Keep up the great work.
Tour was nice. Lots of positive information. Staff pleasant.
I enjoyed the guided tour very much and the facility was very friendly, nice, clean and comfortable. I have no more questions they have all been answered.
