Brookdale Midwestern

My mom is at Brookdale Midwestern Wichita Falls Texas. It’s the best in all ways.

Brookdale Midwestern has been a blessing to my mother. The staff and volunteers Including all the medical staff,administrative staff, kitchen personnel, and maintenance along with the visiting pastors have conveyed such a warmth and love that it has made my Sister and I feel so blessed. The inner courtyard is magnificent for the older residents and provides a secure and delightful area to appreciate by families and residents. Seth, maintenance supervisor absolutely provides remarkable job maintaining the property and his landscaping skills are stellar. The loving care is so appreciated. The families support each other and care about all of the residents as well.

So far everything is a 5. My mom is doing so much better than she was in her home. Everyone is so caring and take time to talk to you.

Brookdale Midwestern provides a friendly and positive atmosphere for both residents and family members. The term I use is "cozy". The director provides good leadership and always has a smile on her face; which reflects on how the nursing staff provides one on one resident care. The entire staff at Brookdale Midwestern genuinely care about the residents and their quality of life.

I volunteer at 3 different assisted living facilities. As a retired RN I find Brookdale Midwestern is one of the nicest and cleanest facilities I have been in. They have one of best Directors ( Stephanie) that I have encountered. The food is unbelievable. I have had many meals there that were outstanding. If I had a parent that needed assisted living that is where they would go. Very homey. The facility has been painted and new carpet installed. It’s almost like walking into an upscale hotel. Many kudos to all staff members! .
