I would be careful bringing my loved one here since Toni elizondo goes around calling people retards

Look for maria krop!!! She is the best and happiest worker ever I went to visit my father, and she brought happiness and joy to me and my father. I think her for the way she does things for my father and other people.

I have lived here since 2021. I have made many friends and have a lot of memories. I encourage everyone to come and visit. We have great activities too! The food is also fantastic so you should come try lunch or dinner. My friends can eat here for $[removed[ . Also, my best friend is [name removed] the driver.

All of them are 5s the overall experience was a 10 if I could give it! I couldn't have found a better place! It wasn't even an assisted living it was an independent living and Mimi declined so fast there not because of them but because of what the dr did to her & they were there to help with everything. A great place for loved ones, the older people can make friends, have their pets, play games or go to the salon there! Mimi didn't get to enjoy any of that but she did make some friends in the cafeteria! The staff would come ask Mimi if she needed wheeled down or if she would like for them to bring her lunch, she enjoyed being wheeled down and loved their food! Their food is some of the best food I have tasted!! But most importantly the staff are so loving & very caring & supportive! Like I said couldn't have found a better place! Now there were some old people I felt so bad for that didn't have family when they really needed it the staff would still come check but nothing they could do only family could do! Family is one of the most important things that Mimi had and It just broke my heart to see some people there that didn't have that support, any family there for them when they needed them really bad!

The entire staff is the friendliest, politest and most efficient group I could have ever imagined. Any and every request has been handled with superb courteous professionalism. Seriously, I am not a person that hands out compliments unless they are truly deserved. I have never encountered a group of people so deserving of high praise.

The staff are very friendly and will try to help whenever a request is made. Sadly the Corporation is raising rates so it is very very difficult to keep families members here and not moving them around constantly in the late years of life. The Galloway carpets need replaced, which is also on Corporate. The biggest thing is the cottages are not handicap accessible to the main building, which I would think is not legal, but again it has been brought up numerous times, but local staff hands are tied because Corporate does not allocate them enough money. Yet Corporate has no problem raising rent every year and it is usually by hundreds a month. The rates go up but there is no exercise pool, no holiday barbecues and if they have a cold trip you will have to come up with the money for that as well. Sadly, I would suggest looking right across the bridge in Corpus, where you will get more bang for your buck. As for my family we have all aged and are unable to move our loved one physically.

Meets all of our expectations. Staff is pleasant and very friendly. Need to get used to having people so close after living in the country for 16 years. The facility is pleasant and residents are well cared for with compassion and understanding.

The food is fantastic!
