4.5 · 79 reviewsEveryone was genuinely caring and professional. The nurse was very helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. My only concern was the billing so much added as incidentals. My Father left without notifying in advance and he paid for that. Brookdale was amazing but he was a butthead.
Accommodating staff& administrators. Things have been as they were promised. Staff is receptive to complaints & work to resolve issues in a timely way. We receive information about family events so we can make plans to join them for holidays and special events.
It has been great I haven't had to do anything.

I have lived here soon to be 5 years and I have received great care. As always there are things done go to well but overall I can't say anything bad, I have enjoyed being able to do as I want.
I love how prompt the care staff is with my medicine.
I did not like the idea of leaving my home but toured Brookdale after my son and daughter in law insisted. I am glad I did.
The food and dining experience are most enjoyable.
It has been a move good. Meets all my needs, food wise, protection. Very pleased with everything at Brookdale. The staff is courteous, and help me with anything I need.
