Good place, good updates, great staff
My mother in law is in here, and every single staff member except for one lovely woman nurse seems CLUELESS about everything. Just standing around aimlessly acting like deer in headlights when they’re asked a question about the health and status of a patient. Every male nurse we interacted with there seemed like they were there just to collect a check. Short tempered and cut us off when trying to ask questions. The common gathering area is filthy. Floors are black with dirt, tables were left with wrappers and trash. The floor in my mother in laws room was sticky and gross. I had to literally…

I had to literally peel my shoes off the floor with every step. Her sheets weren’t even on the bed, and they were also soiled. I feel like these patients are neglected and assumed to be done for. Do better, these people are spending what may be their last moments in y’all’s care and yall act like they’re unimportant. This facility is NOT recommended.
I’m a post acute liaison in Houston and have been impressed with the care given by the staff at Harmony Care. The team has been exceptional in caring for my patients.
I came to see a friend and one of work was nice and as I was coming down the hall it smelled so good to me that mine her people are clean her name was lashunder Smith last time I came it didn't smell good at all you need to keep her.
The building has made some beautiful updates, it smells so fresh, and the staff truly goes above and beyond for the patients.
I visited the facility and was impressed by the cleanliness. No odors. The staff were all friendly and hel
I am writing to formally express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the care my father received during his four-month stay at your facility. While a few of the aides were kind and attentive, the overall standard of care was unacceptable and, at times, neglectful. Throughout his stay, I was informed of multiple incidents by one of the aides, who cared enough to make sure I knew what was truly happening. One such incident was when my father fell, and I was never notified. That kind of lack of transparency is both unethical and dangerous. After learning about several issues, I installed a camera in his room. When the staff discovered it, they became visibly upset — which only reinforced my concerns about what might have been hidden from families. My father’s physical therapy was another area of serious concern. Aaron, the physical therapist, repeatedly misrepresented the amount and quality of therapy provided. My father received only the bare minimum, and the overuse of wheelchairs for residents contributed to their loss of strength and dignity. Despite my successful request for an extension of therapy, it was never initiated. During his entire stay, I only witnessed my father participating in therapy a few times. My concern is that therapy sessions were documented as completed even when they were not actually conducted, a fact that my source within the facility (“my mole”) also confirmed. This is not only unethical but constitutes falsification of care records and neglect of duty. The food quality was appalling — wilted, rusty bagged salads passed off as meals. I raised these and other concerns with the administrator, whose response was disappointingly superficial and dismissive. Residents, who consider this facility their home, deserve much better. It was repeatedly mentioned to me that when I was on-site, tasks were suddenly completed — suggesting that staff performance improved only under direct observation. On multiple occasions, I had to clean my father’s room myself because the conditions were unacceptable. The most distressing incident occurred one night when I could not see my father on the camera feed. I drove to the facility at 10 p.m. and found him in a broken bed that could not be adjusted to help him sit upright. He had no TV, no water, no call button within reach, and no comfort. This was particularly alarming given his COPD and asthma, which make it unsafe for him to lie flat. Providing a working bed, access to water, a functioning call button, and proper positioning are basic standards of care — not unreasonable expectations. It is especially heartbreaking to note that we had a meeting scheduled with the Veterans Affairs office to coordinate my father’s extended care plan and ensure his needs were properly met. Unfortunately, before that process could be put into place, my father passed away. Knowing that he endured such poor treatment in his final months adds even more pain to this experience. My father was a Vietnam veteran who fought for the freedoms we enjoy. To see him treated with such disregard and neglect in a facility entrusted with his well-being is deeply disturbing and unacceptable.
This place is garbage!! All staff are VERYYY unprofessional .Please do not bring your loved ones here it seems that they just pick random people from the street and say their “licensed “ these people do not give a damn about anyone or anything . The whole month my family member was here just for recovery they were neglected and in distress to where they had to go to the hospital with stage 4 ulcers that just got worse.THE WHOLE FACILITY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!!! Not to mention Curtis the social worker made myself feel very uncomfortable staring at my chest area and calling my cell phone having unprofessional conversations to the point I had to report!
