My grandmother is currently in their care and without Canton Oaks and their staff I'm not sure she would still be alive. Before Canton Oaks she was bitter, lonely and didn't want to talk to anyone. Let's not forget a heavy chain smoker. Since she has joined Canton Oaks, she has quit smoking (after smoking for more than half her life), she plays bingo and interacts with other patients and staff. Her room is always clean and she always has what she needs or wants. Staff seems to handle her "grouchy mood" with grace and love. I'm beyond happy we found this place for our grandmother. I have seen firsthand how this place treats their staff and patients like family.

The Administrator is very rude and petty. Doesn't have compassion! They don't like for family to voice their concerns! As soon as you do they treat you different. Aids were great, although seemed understaffed. Some days my loved one didn't get breakfast till 9am. After sitting up waiting for 2.5 hours!

My loved one has had good care. The staff is very attentive to any needs and questions. They check in on him.

The experience at Canton Oaks is going well. She is using the therapy services and everything has been going well. The staff is very kind.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and rehab were good.

The overall experience has been good. Now that the week is starting back up they are ramping up with most of her therapy now. Her room does need to be painted and updated, in some places the paint has rubbed off the walls.

My mother was there before and they were excellent. It seems like things have changed since then, they don't seem as efficient as they should be. The physical therapy is still great. It's the same people as before and they're still just great.

They are good in physical therapy but the staff needs to feed my loved one and check on him more.
