Called for service, canceled the appointment before the service time. Refused to pay the service call fee.
Was the best move I could’ve done for my mom. The place is clean and the staff is amazing.

Definitely 5 stars, CLEAN FACILITY, doesn’t smell like urine. This facility is always clean no matter what time of day!! Food smells and looks good! The staff is amazing and on top things they definitely CARE and show love. So thankful to their memory care unit and staff!!! Shoutout to Mr. John and the weekend crew for making my mother’s transfer go so smoothly on a Saturday. Can’t be more pleased with this team!!!
