I was trying to find a long-term care facility for my 97-year-old mom who was in skilled nursing rehab.As an only child, I felt overwhelmed until I found Amandita Johnson, Care Advisor at CarePatrol of Northeast Dallas. From the moment we connected, I never felt alone. She was extremely thorough while considering mom's needs, concerns and finances before recommending places for us to visit. From the moment we connected, I never felt alone. She was extremely thorough while considering mom's needs, concerns and finances before recommending places for us to visit. She is kind, thoughtful, understanding, patient, compassionate and one of the most caring individuals I have ever met. Mom is now where she belongs, but I couldn't have done it without Amandita and CarePatrol. If you find yourself needing senior care, please don't hesitate to contact CarePatrol of Northeast Dallas.
With short notice and little time to react, the Team at CarePatrol of Northeast Dallas listened carefullyu to my needs and they were able to find a place for my mom that was perfect for her medical and financial situation.

I wish I could do 10 stars. Amandita is the best. She is so kind and helpful. I don't know what I would have done without her. She helped me get my mother settled in a nursing home, and walked me through most of the process. I cannot say enough good things. A true professional with compassion.
Amandita is very knowledgeable, caring, and patient. She helped us make a very stressful situation much more manageable. Im very grateful for all her time, insight, and overall help finding a place for my parents.
The best and most caring person I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. She helped me in 2022 to find a place for my Dad. That place did not honor or provide services promised, so in late 2022 I had to find a new home for him. She once again drove me to several facilities and we found a great place, where he was until January 2024 when he passed away. I will always recommend CarePatrol and Amandita. She makes you feel like you are the only person she takes care of, and I know for a fact that isn't the case.
Amandita is amazing! It's so easy to talk and work with her. As an only child, I was feeling overwhelmed when I needed to find my mom a nice independent living community that was a good match for her and our budget. Amandita made it so easy! My family is very grateful.
Warm, kind, considerate and professional. Amandita is such a joy to speak to and work with. We were treated as if we were her only customer. Many thanks for turning a stressful search into an easy experience.
