Price, location; feel like they could improve on activities for residents, a couple of times i saw workers sitting around on their phone when they could have been associating with residents

Very friendly! Very helpful with any questions or concerns. Great value & the agreement to not increase the amount charged. So much easier to work with than the large facilities.

My Mimi had been in a few different nursing homes before she was moved to Carole Anne’s back in 2018. recently there had been a shift in her guardianship when her oldest daughter passed away. Carol Anne was very patient and willing to work with us as we were trying to figure out things when it came to her guardianship etc. This place is definitely different than most nursing homes where the place smells like urine and everyone has a huge communal area. Carole Anne’s is cozy and homey and reminded me of the times I would visit Mimi and my grandad at her home. Recently Mimi passed away but…

My Mimi had been in a few different nursing homes before she was moved to Carole Anne’s back in 2018. recently there had been a shift in her guardianship when her oldest daughter passed away. Carole Anne’s is cozy and homey and reminded me of the times I would visit Mimi and my grandad at her home. Recently Mimi passed away but Carole Anne’s home took very good care of her till she took her last breath. Thank you Carole Anne’s for taking good care of my Mimi while she was there.

I went to Carol Ann's House. The walkthrough was fine. Everything was good there and very homey. It was very calm. I saw that the people living there were very calm. It looked very family. The only thing I had trouble with was getting some assistance from the manager there. I called several times and left voicemails, and I never got a callback. I tried to get things moving, but it looks like maybe they're busy or not able to get back to me in time. But overall, the facility itself is good. They showed me one of the rooms, a semi-private room, the kitchen, and the dining room. They provide that they have amenities and services for the residents. I didn't go into much detail because the manager wasn't there. The one that provided the tour was just like a house worker there, so it's also like they didn't really know and they weren't expecting me. I don't know how that happened. When I showed up they were taken by surprise. But once I showed them the reservation, they took me in, and one of the workers there showed me around. The lady was really nice. She didn't really answer a lot of my questions, and she didn't know when it came to like budgeting and that sort of thing. But she showed me around and was pretty friendly.

Carol Ann's home has amazing caregivers in place that are helpful and loving with residents. Residents are treated with dignity, the food tasted amazing, and it was very clean. When I speak to families, they are in agreement that the care we see the first time continues.

I have know this wonderful; kind; caring home for many years. The outdoor space is so comfortable and safe. I always refer to the community when I can. It’s always, clean, well decorated and the care givers are so nice. Go by and visit

This assisted living facility is great. I love all the old features of this beautiful house they don’t make them like this anymore. Also, in a good location and lots of nature outside the staff cooks very well and takes care of the residents great many patients there have been there for quite some time. I think that says it all.

It's been good so far. I would recommend to others. We've only been there a short period of time, so I don't have a lot of feedback back.
