Took Mom for a visit & tour on a recent Saturday and really loved the facility. All the staff were fantastic. Patsy is a shining star at Carriage Inn. We have more facilities to look at, but Carriage Inn seems top notch and worthy of the already existing 5/5 star reviews.
My parents moved to Carriage Inn, Conroe in May of 2021. I will be the first to say I can be a difficult person to please when it comes to my parents, but Rosetta Day and her staff are without compare. I could not be more pleased with Carriage Inn from the moment we walked in for a tour in 2021 to when my Dad came to live with me recently. I knew Carriage Inn Conroe was where we needed to be when I spoke to numerous employees and they had all been part of the Carriage Inn Family for several years, which tells me everything I need to know. People stay in jobs because the culture is excellent and because of how they are treated-period. Carriage Inn Conroe, their staff, and the residents made this time in my parents’ lives special and comfortable. I will miss seeing all my friends at Carriage Inn♥️
I’m a Nurse that provides ADL services in Carriage Inn for over six years, The staff are great with the residents Patsy is number one! Of course Rosetta is Great with the families and residents she seems to know their needs and makes it happen, Carriage Inn has lots of entertainment and outings for their residents. My parents live at Carriage Inn and love the community. They have numerous activities and create a warm environment for all of the residents. The entire staff works hard to make sure everyone is well taken care of and treated with kindness. There is also a therapy provider located in the building.
From the moment you walk into Carriage Inn, you feel right at home. The warm and welcoming atmosphere is something special, and a huge part of that is thanks to Patsy! She goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels comfortable and cared for, greeting guests with a smile and a kind word. Her customer service is absolutely superb—she truly has a heart for this community! The residents love spending time in the beautiful solarium room, where they can relax, socialize, and enjoy fun activities. Everything is well-kept, smells fresh, and has a cozy, inviting feel. It’s clear that the team here takes pride in making Carriage Inn a wonderful place to live. If you're looking for your future retirement dream home, I highly recommend stopping by for a tour. This is more than just a senior living community—it’s a family. You won’t be disappointed!
