4.4 · 19 reviewsI chose Carthage Healthcare Center for my aunt. I chose them because I am in Carthage daily. It is in the same town that I go to every day, so I can see her there more frequently. It reminds me of an old fashion house. It is really cute and clean. The staff I met were all kind, very helpful, and willing to figure out how to make a situation work best for the patients that they have.
The staff at Carthage Healthcare were amazing with my mother who struggled with dementia. They communicated any changes with me and were there to explain every turn of the disease process to me and my siblings.
Therapy department is amazing! They care about the residents. Nursing staff is caring and amazing also. Couldn’t have a wonderful team without good CNAs. Couldn’t run a facility without caring and compassionate leadership.

This is a wonderful facility. The staff is so loving and caring. When my mom was there she brag on a couple of nurses and aides. To this day she still brags on Barbra,Cookie and Kathy.
My mother and my mother in law was in your facility. They were treated with the upmost respect. The rehabilitation service was great!!!!
