My parent has been a resident for just under a year and I can say that the staff has always been consistent and over the last few months, there have been significant improvements to both the facilities and the number of staff on site. a special thanks to the memory care staff- Ginger, LaTonya, Ashley and others truly care. And Carolyn Lee is always keeping family members up to date.
A few staff members are compassionate and genuinely care about the residents, which is the only reason I’m giving this facility two stars. Unfortunately, the facility itself is poorly maintained, and the overall condition of the building reflects a lack of care and upkeep. More concerning is the lack of accountability and consistent oversight. Despite multiple meetings with management, the same issues continue with little to no resolution. It is heartbreaking to see the poor quality of life for many residents. There are very few meaningful activities or opportunities for engagement, leaving residents sitting idle for much of the day. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this facility for anyone who is not independent or mobile. Residents who require more hands-on care deserve better oversight, a safe and well-maintained environment, and staff who consistently follow through. If your circumstances allow, I encourage you to consider other options. Every resident deserves quality care, dignity, meaningful engagement, and a facility that is clean, well-maintained, and responsive to concerns.
Want to Thank You All So MUCH FOR helping with OLD Man LeanDro Araiza...I Already know his routinely ways he is lot to tend to...God Bless!!!
I visited my friend there yesterday, and the staff were very helpful, kind, and compassionate. There is a good feeling there of nurses and staff who really care about the residents.
Man I'm glad this facility takes veterans and my insurance. Look forward to going to the day room and congregate. We may not all be on the same level but we look out for each other. And the staff looks out for us. Seems like the resources for veterans is hard to come by. Physical and occupational therapy is stellar. Thank y'all.
This is an older building but don't be fooled. The staff is A1 sauce! Not just for me. When others are calling and need help they come through. This is my other gained family.
The staff is nothing short of amazing! They’re extremely respectful and takes great care of our loved ones! 10/10
A amazing place to put your loved ones. I really like it there
