Very clean facility and responsive staff
Terrible experience for my mother-n-law. She fell at 4:00 am and they did nothing but give her pain meds. We forced them to take her to the hospital at 3:00 pm. She had 4 broken ribs and a broken nose. I wouldn’t put my dog in this place!! I would put -5 stars if I could.

I love this facility. My tour with the marketer was very pleasant. Facility was very clean, no smells and the Administrator and DON are very professional. They addressed my concerns with priority.
This has been one of the worst mistakes I’ve ever made in my life by allowing my mother to stay at this facility. It needs a complete overhaul/health inspection!It is completely understaffed. They do not have enough activities for the highly functioning residence in the secure unit; you have to stand outside and beat on the door, literally until someone comes and opens the door. God forbid it’s after hours, you’re gonna be standing out there forever! And then when I finally got in because my mother‘s been there since December 1 I went and visited her on December 9 and couldn’t find ANY of her dirty clothes but they swear that she gets a shower three times a week, but I couldn’t find any dirty clothes!?the 2 CNA were young women who looked completely overworked/overwhelmed, because there were ONLY two of them with the 40 residence in the security unit ;they need more experienced workers it’s just horrible. May God forgive me and I pray that my mother does as well. I’m gonna find an onbusimen to help me get her in a cleaner facility that has some activities because this place is not the place, so if you can do better, please keep looking.
