I would like to give a huge thanks the staff here at Champion Healthcare Willowbrook. I personally would like to give my best regards to nurse Rainy for how kind, caring and supportive she was to my family member who was a recent patient. She was very helpful, professional and hands on to my family needs. Her thoughtfulness and compassion was beyond words. Thanks so much.💕

The staff was caring, helpful, and professional.

Beautiful & clean facility, with very helpful staff.

Brilliant facility/Excellent team. Terry has been exceptional.

Didn’t get the care he needed! Meals were very late! I even had to call up there to get him help because no one answered his call light! Was told he had no stitches or staples and found out once he got home he did! I’m not saying all the nurses were bad because they weren’t! He was in there for rehab and that didn’t go so well ! But you’ve got the point on how the care was or I should say wasn’t!!!

My Mom was transferred from Methodist Willowbrook to Champions Healthcare on 12/31/25 and was in a great mood. By Friday 1/2/26, I noticed a significant change in her attitude. She was very agitated and delirious. Was yelling at my Dad and I, stating she felt like we were allowing her to die. That's not my Mom! On 1/5/26 asked them to test for a UTI as thought could be reason for deranged behavior. She also had a Catheter Tuesday 1/6/26, I was told she did not have a UTI, but very dehydrated and therefore giving her an IV. I wonder what would have happened had I not asked them to test for UTI. In speaking with Physical Therapy (Dr. Mike) on 1/6/26, he stated in looking at her records could see she was on Cipro. Even though she did not have a UTI, they continued to give her Cipro until last dosage yesterday 1/12/26. Very concerning as elderly patients are at a high risk for adverse effects from Cipro when an infection is not present such as confusion, anxiety, depression, hallucinations, seizures and symptoms similar to Dementia. She has had most of these symptoms. Dr. Mike said due to anxiety he was prescribing Lexapro (small dosage). Supposedly she's been taking it since Friday 1/9/26. Whereas she would call me or my Dad several times a day since 12/31/25, after 1/9/26, she has not called one time. When we called her she was very rude and screamed at us. Everytime I would visit, her water mug was almost empty. I asked to speak with on-site primary care physician (Dr. Nguyen) numerous times or have him call me and that's not happened as of yesterday 1/12/26 at which time I made the decision to have EMS take her to Hospital as wanted to make sure she had not had a stroke. Although we were blessed to find out Brain imaging came back good, they did find her to have a UTI!

Good service

I loved the food and the nurses were fantastic. I really want to give this staff their acknowledgement. They even helped my friend when she came to visit me and gave her meals to. The girls from physical and occupational therapy (Mackenzie and Madison) team were just a joy. I'm very thankful for my time here. I would highly recommend the stay if you need it. I felt so relaxed and cared for while I was here especially by Mrs Beverly she is a wonderful nurse.
