I received excellent care during my outpatient therapy at Chelsea Gardens. Sony was my therapist with whom I was extremely happy! His professionalism, technical expertise and patience are outstanding attributes. He also has a cheerful attitude. Thanks Sony!

You would not want you family here if you have other choices.

Friendly staff 10/10...always checking on u needs...clean facility 100% recommend

ABSOLUTELY NEGLIGENT! My father was placed here for skilled nursing and these people need to be shut down! He was supposed to receive physical therapy following a hospitalization for dehydration. He’s diabetic and has dementia. He wasn’t fed properly EVER! He was given half sandwiches and bowls of soup and never given a vegetable. The physical therapy was not provided as it was supposed to be. The only time we see any movement from the staff was after I called every extension in the building to complain. During his first week in he was sent to the hospital again for dehydration. My father was a resident at this facility for 10 days and in that time his health nose dived. He was allowed to sleep all day. He wasn’t awakened to eat and the food was being picked up without him eating almost daily. He became weak and mostly unresponsive. He was placed in an assisted living community where he stayed for two days because he had to be sent to the hospital again! My dad was then diagnosed with Ketoacidosis and placed in ICU due to his A1C being over 700. The nurses started that his blood sugar has not been properly monitored and he couldn’t have possibly been given his insulin during the time of his stay at the SN facility. Prior to his stay he was able to walk, speak, feed himself, dress himself, & shower himself. That is no longer the case. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES TO THIS FACILITY!!! They do not care and do not do the jobs they’re being paid to do!

My mother attended a 5 day Respite stay at Chelsea Gardens and Ms. Cora went above and beyond for my mother. She was professional, reachable, caring and loving. You can tell that she really cares about the patients. Cora treated my mother like she was her own mother. That spoke volume to me. Although it was hard to leave my mother there in the care of others I was able to rest because I knew Cora would check on her daily until I return. Thank you Cora FOR ALL that you are doing for this community.

My mom is in Chelsea going right now and I'm loving how everyone is being so caring nurses actually take time with your people miss Cora which is the activity lady works for my mom well I'm really proud of how my mom is getting everything back together it wasn't anything but the Lord and these people and I want to thank them especially the staff..

My mom stayed there for 2 weeks back in Summer of 2023 and Sandra and the black lady at the business office Debra … just wanted my mom for her Medicare benefits /commission ..to then discharge her... they were not transparent at all about what they were planning they just wanted $$$$$$$ # SHAME. .. FYI there is NO GARDENS at all or at chelsea the residents are just stuck inside all day.. my mother passed away shortly after this situation.

I toured this community with Mimi, Marketing Director and met the administrator. The community is very inviting and very clean and all of the staff was very friendly. In the near future hopefully we will be supporting their community with hospice services. I highly recommend this community for any family looking for skilled nursing care! Regards, Todd Werthman , AccentCare Hospice
