3.6 · 7 reviewsIf I could give 0 stars and even below. Be ware of Alyssa and Paul , he's paying a previous hairdresser $90,0000 to care for our elderly. They did something to my mom. She died there. Another lady there never saw them feed the lady and she died. Don't put your loved ones in their care.
My wife was there receiving hospice care, the care she received was great however after submitting pay for the next month, two days early, she passed away the next day. After one year of emails and calls to be returned to me the months rent, services not rendered I never received any of the money. I even took Paul to court and won the case, but still to this day 1 1/2 years later restitution has not been paid. His business practices cannot be trusted and I would advise to find a more honest place for your loved one.
If I could give this place more stars I would. My husband's last several months of life were spent in this home. The place is always clean and smelling great. The owner has a passion and lots of knowledge when it comes to caring for the elderly. The people who cared for my husband were always kind, compassionate and understanding. If anything was required, they got it. If I suggested something, they did it. No matter what time of day or night I went, the residents were well cared for and clean and happy. It's not a fancy place but I tried a fancy place and we had 2 ER visits in the first 5…

If I could give this place more stars I would. My husband's last several months of life were spent in this home. The place is always clean and smelling great. The owner has a passion and lots of knowledge when it comes to caring for the elderly. The people who cared for my husband were always kind, compassionate and understanding. If anything was required, they got it. If I suggested something, they did it. No matter what time of day or night I went, the residents were well cared for and clean and happy. It's not a fancy place but I tried a fancy place and we had 2 ER visits in the first 5 days. I am forever greatful to this team! I can't thank them enough. Most of his residents he's had for years...that alone tells a lot.

Clare Creek has done wonders for my mom. She has strongly improved since she has been there and Nicole has been fantastic at making sure she gets what she needs. Unlike some people, my mom's dementia came on very very suddenly so we were not prepared. They have been fantastic about making sure she knows she has a place to stay until her time comes. When my mom got there she was angry and confused and just barely knew who I was. Now she remembers ( most of the time ) her grandkids, her son in law and me. While it's still tough, I don't think I could have possibly done half as well on my own. UPDATE - Mom is still there, Paul has done wonders in caring for all his patients and no one has had Covid. Yes, the visitation lack during Covid is awful but the safety of the residents comes first here. Big win. So glad this is her forever home on this earth.
Clare Creek is a great facility. We enjoyed and appreciated it. My mom has not complained about the food, and they have a very different variety of food -- everything from pork chops to stuffed fish -- so it's quite elaborate there. They don't do Bingo like most places do, but they do more puzzles, and they go out to the hairdresser.
My mom has been at Clare Creek since July 2016. I moved her from a large community to a small house. The detail of care that is provided is something you would give them as if your family member was in your own home. Thank you to the care givers at Clare Creek as they pay attention to every detail.
Not happy with the home. My mom only stayed 14 days and passed away. They refuse to refund the other 16 days rent. We really could use that money to help pay funeral expenses.
