The staff, especially Darlene, has bent over backwards with patience, compassion, and respect for his needs. When we take him out for the evening he will say, "I'm ready to go home!" And that's exactly what CNC is for him. Home.
Our Miss Rose broke her bone in 2025, after the surgery in Paris she was taken to Clarksville Nursing Center for rehab. Now she’s one of the residents there. We were so impressed by how the staff care for her everyday with all her needs. Miss Rose lost her eldest son last year, Miss Troylene was so sweet when she heard the news, she was there to comfort Miss Rose. We really appreciated her kindness. And Miss Darlene, she’s always there with her bright smile and her positive energy, we appreciate you Miss Darlene very much for taking care of Miss Rose. We didn’t know what to expect but we see…

My nurse Leah has been great this past week. She has gone out of her way to keep my sister abreast of my care and she even went out to talk with her when my sister came in for a meeting. Just to see if she needed anything that she could help with. It's the reason I chose to come here when it was time. The whole staff is like this but what she did for my family this week was above and beyond.

My father truly enjoys living at the Clarksville Nursing Center, largely because of all the wonderful activities that Mrs. Christy Rolf coordinates. I visit often and see firsthand that the residents have plenty of entertainment options to keep them busy and active. From Birthday celebrations, bingo, cards, and dominoes, to karaoke, live music, gardening, cookouts, and holiday parties, there is always something fun going on. The residents genuinely enjoy the companionship and camaraderie. I just want to say a huge thank you to Mrs. Rolf for everything you do!
My dad in law Mikey McClure is a resident here. Christy Rolf is a great activity director. I appreciate all that she does in arranging all the activities that they do. She loves her residents and they love her. She is the best.
Christy Rolf is the best activity director. She goes over and beyond for my dad Mikey McClure. She makes sure they have games they love like bingo and other games. Also She arranges that they get to go out each month to eat at a restaurant of their choice. We are very grateful for her. She keeps the residents doing all kinds of activities that helps keeps them busy. They all love her. She is a Christian women who loves her residents.
Talisha Alsup, the administrator, has always been available if I have a problem or question concerning my daughter. She has gone over and above to make sure my daughter can attend family affairs.The activity director,Christy Kennedy, makes sure that my daughter stays active and participates where she would just stay in her room otherwise. She has made sure she's had her hair and nails done at times. The nursing home is blessed to have them both.
They take excellent care of my mom with a lot of Heart. Ms Troylene, Ms Brandy, & Ms Darlene go above & beyond in helping my mom with all of her needs. They are so patient & kind in helping me find out info about my mom & getting her something she needs. They are truly a blessing & I can't thank God enough for them. Thank you Clarksville Nursing Center.
