6/15/25 UPDATE: Despite the hiccups from our move-in, I'm glad my parents are here. We all love the restaurants on the top floor and they love their new 2Br/2Ba place. The staff has been friendly and helpful with all my questions. Plus, all the elevators are working as I'm typing this. Still a few wrinkles to iron out but it's a solid community.
It might take 2 hours to get to this facility, but it was worth the commute just to see the beautiful smile on my friend's face. I think y'all are doing an exceptional job in keeping her safe and happy.

My mom has been living here since October, 2025. I have visited at least 5x, maybe more, from another state. The facility is always very clean, the concierge is always welcoming & friendly. It appears the menu is changed up regularly, and very consistently good. The care staff is delightful and very caring, friendships between staff and residents seem to be easy& quickly made. Also, friendships between residents seem to thrive in this facility. My guess it is due to the wide variety of activities available. Thank you everyone at Clearwater for such a warm, welcoming & loving environment.
This is an absolutely beautiful facility! They hold a few holiday events a year and invite the community. It is really fun to watch the young kids and residents get to interact. The staff is always very welcoming.
Nothing better than Clearwater...
So Unprofessional
Staff constantly fight with eachother and sometimes physically as well as verbally. Residents on the call light 45+mins and constant changes in ED. They charge independent residents the same fees as someone who needs assisted/total care without their knowledge. Very shady place !
