I had given 3. Nope. It's only gotten worse. Response to call lights taking literal hours, often only happening after I struggle out of bed and down the hall myself. Roommate ended up with sepsis because she wasn't being changed. This used to be a good place. I will never recommend it nor will I come back.
The staff is very caring and always willing to answer my questions and discuss my mom’s care with me.
This place is such a comfort to me and my sisters knowing our loved one is in a place we feel is safe, clean, caring employees. They plan wonderful activities for those in care and encourage family members to attend. Thank you for going above and beyond and showing the love of God in your actions and kind words to those who need it desperately.
5 stars in not enough to describe Country Care Manor. My mother was placed her several years ago and well taken care of. My sister broke her back recently and when we were asked where we would like to have her transferred for therapy, we chose the best facility for her recovery. I live 40 minutes away , but that is least of my problems. I rather have my family in a clean, caring facility. All staff are so helpful and on point with the care of their residents.
Amazing place, awesome team members!
The admissions are horrible. Assistance is non existent. When you can talk to them, the'yre rude. It seems as though their sole purpose is to fill beds and charge insurance companies. These people care about profits, not patients as is the case with most health care realted businesses these days.
The staff is very nice. Helps patient when need to.
Everything was just breath taking when you entered even in rest room plus everybody was just awesome also thank you all for everything you guys do for my sister Jewel Lee Curtis
