Thank you to all the staff of Country Meadows Nursing & Rehabilitation Center for taking such extraordinary care of my dad. We appreciate the attention to detail and the extra effort you put into your work. Country Meadows goes out of the way to meet the needs no matter how small the request. Your staff really does show the care and attention a family member would give. Thank you Country Meadows, your staff truly sets your facility apart from all the others and have given us the best experience we could ask for. My dad went in for 5 days and in that 5 days a miracle happened. He came home and we watched 2 movies together and he was talking to me about it the whole time. This is the best day he's had since he fell sick 9 months ago. At this rate we will be seeing you again for therapy very soon!

Had my husband there for 5 days. The building was nice and clean. The staff was nice and caring and went above and beyond to take care of him. The food was good and he even asked for seconds on some things. Thank you Country Meadows for taking great care and him. I will definitely be back.

We work with communities like Country Meadows all over Texas and I can say this location exceeds all my expectations. The staff is courteous, kind and helpful. I’m very impressed with country meadows. Erin goes out into the community and participates in passing out bottled waters to people keeping them hydrated in the heat. She is very personable and treats everyone like they are family.
