They are Rude , it stink once u go in the building and They are all Liars they don’t care about your love ones Don’t put them in there if you don’t want them to steal from them

Fantastic Facility!

Smell and stink in there really bad, it’s NOT a rehabilitation center they’re not helping them get up and walk around even if they want to. Instead of healthy food they are giving M&Ms snacks, cupcakes, etc. junk food that keeps them sick lying in bed. They just want to receive a check every month from the patient!

Had my father there for 1 week and he went completely downhill. Hallways spelled like feces and urine. Roof is falling apart. As soon as I moved my dad away from there his health and mental state improved.

I like the Nursing Home that my Aunt is in Courtyard,it didn’t smell like most nursing homes, no bad odors, the Staff are friendly and ready to assist, the room was clean, she appears to be well taken care of. I mostly like you can come visit at anytime of the day and night, plus the security system is great.

My brother is currently there , I’m impressed with the level of care he gets . Super staff , they go out of there way with activities for the residents

my step father, mr milton, was a resident for a short time before he passed…i feel the center was well kept, and the staff was professional and courteous. my loved one was well cared for. all my visits were unplanned and i never found anything out of place, i would highly recommend this facility.

If I could give this place a negative 1 rating, I WOULD! THEY KILLED MY MOM!! Do not leave your love one at this place. My mother would tell me all the time "no one ever comes in and check on her". Of course I shared what she told me with the Charge Nurse and she assured me she would address my mom's concerns. Well, one week after she shared that information with me, I received a call she was found unresponsive. The attended dropped off her food tray and when he or she finally decided to go back, she was unresponsive. No one could tell me exactly how long she was left alone but the physicians told me it was more then 10 minutes. My mother had difficulty breathing. She once asked for a breathing treatment and they did not give her one. Why? Because she was not sent from the last facility with an order to give her one. Instead of them reaching out to the covering physician, they allowed her to suffer! I was axtiveky trying to find a new place to transfer for her to but I was top late. It's the Anniversary of mom passing away. It took me a while to get to a place of revisiting how they mistreated her. I'm telling you, DO NOT LEAVE YOUR LOVE ONE IN THE CARE OF THESE PEOPLE!!!
