We know several people in Lake Hills Healthcare Center, so my husband and I stop in every week. The people we visit are happy to call it home. There are a lot of indoor and outdoor places for us to sit during our visits. The staff always so encouraging. I know breakfast is good because Lake Hills welcomed us to join our friends for a meal. The coffee is hot and the biscuits and eggs are fresh.
Awesome place, clean and took care of our family member really well. The process to get in went smooth and the interviewer was very friendly and helpful. Great at explaining the process and answering questions.
Lake Hills has been great for my friend's family member. They have been very helpful in getting his health stabilized in a relatively short period of time.
Nice clean facility. Great staff! Would definitely recommend.
Great Team! Really compassionate with the residents! Strives everyday to give the best care.
We had an awesome experience with the staff at Lake Hills in transferring our sister in law to them. My husband's sister was at a previous nursing home. We wanted her transfered closer due to a couple of factors 1) Closer to family 2) They had flooding due to heavy rain inside the facility 3) She seem to be sedated more often when we went to visit 4) Ants on her bed 5) Injured in transporting to Dr appointments ,by straping her to wheel chair inside a van. Also when checking places near us to transfer to be close to our town, then is when we found out her Medicaid expired 3 months prior. We had no idea and it had expired, due her present nursing home was taking care of it. We talked to our Medicaid office they helped us with the reinstating procedure. Lake Hills Healthcare Center staff held a spot for her and patiently helped with the procedure,by gathering our paper work needed. When all the paper work was done and reinstated with Medicaid they requested a transfer from her old nursing home to Lake Hills The nursing prior nursing home kept delaying. When we finally got the paperwork done and approved, her prior nursing home would not release the request for ambulance transferring. They wanted to sedate her and strap her to a wheelchair still, even though her Medicaid was available for payment. Ramsey and the Director of Lake Hills called their superiors and asked since Medicaid would pay for the transfer,if Lake Hills could request the ambulance to transfer her. They said yes and she finally was admitted to Lake Hills. We are so grateful and Blessed for her new Home She is in good hands now and we are so appreciative for their dedication and hard work stapwheelchair
The staff at Lakehills are so easy to work with when patients are transitioning to home health. When visiting Lakehills all the staff I came in to contact with were helpful, kind and professional.
