Cypress Assisted Living is amazing. The owners and the caregivers are genuinely caring and make you feel like family, I am forever grateful for what they have done for my Mother. When I brought my Mother to the Drake Prairie Facility, I didn't know if she was going to make it. She was very sick. It has now been 14 months that she has been there and has made such an improvement and it is because of the quality care that has been given to her in this wonderful place. Cypress Assisted Living is amazing. The owners and the caregivers are genuinely caring and make you feel like family, I am forever grateful for what they have done for my Mother. Cypress Assisted Living is an amazing place- clean facilities, caring staff who communicate wonderfully, healthy prepared meals for clients. Highly recommend!!

Cypress Assisted living provided a loving, warm and safe place for my Dad. They worked efficiently with us to get Dad moved in and to make him comfortable. They communicated well with all service providers and the family. Leaving your loved one is never easy but knowing he was well cared for made it easier.
They had low staff to resident ratio. There was only 1 staff member I saw. There were a lot of rugs on the floor. It appeared the residents had bruises due to falls.
